WesternOne Equity Income Fund is an unincorporated, open-ended trust established under the laws of the Province of British Columbia pursuant to WesternOne Declaration of Trust dated June 14, 2006. WesternOne has been created to indirectly invest in a diversified portfolio of businesses that are based primarily in Western Canada.

Equipment Rentals

This initial equipment rental platform has been established with the acquisition of Production Equipment Rentals Company. Subsequent subsidiary acquistions in this industry include Old Country Rentals, C&N Rentals, Deerfoot Equipment Rentals and Sure-Fire Propane and Davis Heater Service.

Propane Distribution

The acquisition of Sure-Fire Propane and Davis Heater Service also created a second platform for propane distribution and sales. We will continue to consolidate propane related companies in the future.

Other Industries

WesternOne may also consider acquiring, operating and consolidating various private companies with a focus on infrastructure development and equipment in Western Canada.
